I'm still lost here. . . what point exactly you are trying to make? I understand you are agreeing with me but??

Yeah I understand it was a game, and every game counts (I got that from a No Fear shirt in 93). But so do 161 other games.

There are so many games in baseball one win or one loss really isnt going to "make" or "break" a team unless its in october or really late september.

One night of baseball in June means as much to a team winning the world series as .... Peyton Manning deciding which stripper he wants to visit tonight, is gonna effect them winning the superbowl this year.

That people shouldn't make one team a lock for something. Remember in 04 during the AL playoffs a lot of people were locking NYY for the World Series because they were doing a pretty good job?
